iRadar Project Management Mastery Workshop

On 9th November 2023, our company successfully conducted a recent workshop, Project Management Workshop at iRadar Sdn Bhd in Melaka. This one-day workshop was organized to empower our staff with essential project management skills and knowledge which aim to enhance their current project management proficiency. 

Throughout the activities of the workshop, our staff had the opportunity to explore the introduction of project management, review policies and SOPs, and engage in case studies on project execution and controlling. By having this workshop, our staff can gain strong understanding about project management principles, acquire practical skills to initiate, plan, execute, and close out projects and learn how to manage project risks to ensure project success.
